About
A progressive dining experience through hidden kitchens and cult dining rooms where fire leads every plate.
You'll begin with a smoky aperitif and an opening bite designed to shock your palate awake — char, crunch, a little heat. From there, expect slow-fire mains, glowing ember finishes, and a kitchen-side moment with chefs working live service.
Plates are generous, seasonality drives the menu, and each stop reveals a different expression of flame — grilled, smoked, coal-roasted, flame-torched, ember-finished.
We don't publish venues — they're chosen for craft, not clout — and they change with seasons, chefs, and ingredients.
Itinerary
Stop 1 — Meet Your Host & Welcome Cocktail
You'll start the tour at an iconic venue, famous for its experimental cocktails. Here your chef-guide will talk you through the next stop, and you'll also get a chance to meet your fellow guests for the evening. You'll have a choice of 3x different special smoky cocktails, adapted just for feastwalk guests.
Stop 2 — Starter: Ignite Your Palate
Our first stop is designed to give us an insight into some different styles of cooking with flames at one of London's top fusion eateries. You'll have a range of sharing platters, all cooked on flames, and get some insights into how flame cooking can create so many different flavours.
Stop 3 — Main: The Heart of the Feast
A short walk and we end up at our main course destination — a staple of flame cooking in London. This internationally renowned restaurant serves the highest quality food, and the chefs exercise some of the most creative techniques to bring out the flavour. We'll have a range of dishes here to showcase the kitchen team's talents.
Stop 4 — Exclusive Access: Behind the Pass
Behind the food is a working kitchen, and here we'll take a few minutes to step into a fast-paced working kitchen and see the flames in action. You'll get to see the chefs close up and maybe even try your hand at a few techniques yourself.
Stop 5 — Dessert & Nightcap
It's hard to imagine smokiness and desserts go hand in hand — but we end our tour at another world-famous establishment that has mastered their craft, and here we'll sample a sweet plus a nightcap to finish the feast.
